We hired Robert Cain as our architect. We interviewed several construction firms. Are glad we picked Alan. They were collaborative during design providing great value engineering feedback. They took the house down to the studs. Built an addition. Replaced all systems. It's effectively a new house. Final project was on budget, exceeded quality expectations and was completed a couple of weeks early. (The guys busted their butts so we could celebrate Thanksgiving in our fully renovated house). Our place has been on both the atlanta modern and the Va-Hi home tour. House also appraised higher than expected. Would hire them again. Have referred them to friends.
