    Be careful, he wants to be paid under the table because he's on social security. Flat out told us that he doesn't want a 1099. Most importantly, we had issues with the drawings on the project (as they did not completely reflect our discussion at the jobsite) and although he promised to do any minor changes, he gave us trouble to get those revisions done. This is not the kind of professional that we want to work with.
