Jerry pulled a permit for my house, but hired someone else to build it and his name is Eric Fair. Eric Fair acted like the contractor the whole time during the build and not once did I hear the name Jerry nor met Jerry. Now that I have a problem in my house and Jerry is ultimately responsible since he is the licensed contractor, he is ignoring my calls. Do not work with Jerry Goldsmith.

I am in the same situation with the other reviewer but worse. Eric touched structural walls in my home without telling me he wasnt the GC. I did not find out Eric Henry wasnt the GC until after the work had began, I paid Eric about $56,000 to complete work and he never paid the subcontractors. Mr. Goldsmith who is the license holder was made aware and did nothing. I have a lien on my home because of them and their unprofessional and scamming nature. DO NOT USE THEM
