Homeowners "Beware", does not stick to written agreement on payment phases, will ask for total due on second phase and if you don't adhere he'll remove himself from permit and not even professionally notify you he no longer is your main electrian on permit and no longer doing business with you, will leave you hanging mid house building project, has used old outdated equipment when installing electrical components during process, when brought to attention on that, that's when he removes himself from house project, leaves homeowners unfinished, apparently has a reputation for doing that from permit dept in Chattanooga TN, sorry to have experienced & found out hardway during our home construction, very shisty,shady person.!!
