Jersey All Shore came to my house to check my air conditioning. I don't know if the guy who came was the owner or if he sent someone who works for him. The guy seemed very pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing (but what do I know?). He was originally suppose to come here with a contract, he had no contract with him. The bill came out to $325.00 which was a far cry from the contract price I asked for. The owner, Matt Phillips neglected to tell me a LOT OF THINGS. The guy said he would offer a contract the next season , he checked the unit and he did add some freon to my system, the complete visit should have been no more than 1/2 hr, instead the guy stayed for almost 2 hrs.. The guy told me NOT to use a reusable filter and he took my filter out, told me he replaced my filter with a
monthly filter. The air conditioning seemed to be very loud and after a month my husband went to change the filter, but there was none. The guy never put in a new filter and there was nothing to collect the dirt/dust, that's why the air was so loud. I called Matt several times, as did my husband and we both left several messages telling him what happened and to call us. It's been a while and he never called us and he lives in my neighborhood. We would have used him had he called us back. He just took our check and ran with it. He could have gotten a lot of referrals, dumb businessman. DO NOT USE HIM unless you have money to throw out. Don't know how he makes a living.
