Don't use these guys!! They're liars!!! Still waiting for my refund that Rep Steve told me Rep Melody would take care of... hence, get a call from Ian stating that my 3 day refund period is over.. Apparently, they "never" received the letter to cancel that was dropped off to their office as per contract states.. Funny, how they said they would cancel but in the meantime would see if they had any room to move our date up.. Now, they're stating they have gone above and beyond for us, date was never moved, refund was never issued. I have reported them to BBB and Consumer Affairs and will be going to the local News. I should have checked Yelp first, all five reviews are one star... Unprofessional and unethical!!! Buyer Beware
