Jersey's Plumbing and Heating

Jim installed my monster whole-house water filter correctly and professionally - even though he was not as familiar with this particular filter - usually seen in California. The results are great. BTW, Jim is friendly, explains things well, and (this may sound unimportant) cleans up the workspace. Will definitely call on him again for plumbing needs and have already recommended him to friends.

Jersey's Plumbing and Heating responded to my request for a solution to a plumbing problem that seemed to have no solution, or at least not an easy solution. Over the past few months I had three separate visits from other plumbers who couldn't clear a stubborn drain. Jersey's go-to guy, amiable Jim Howell, and his able assistant, Anthony, systematically went through every possibility until they found the clog and figured out out to remove it. They did the job in an hour. Compare that to the eight hours already spent unsuccessfully by the other crews and you'll understand why I am so happy to give Jersey's Plumbing and Heating a wholehearted five star rating and my enthusiastic recommendation for anyone looking for honest, prompt, reliable, and outstanding service.

We had Jersey's come out and remodel our bath room. After the phenomenal service we received during the renovation we've since had them come out and fix a couple of leaks and prep our air conditioner. Great prices, great service, great product. Jersey's will be our plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

I met Jim of Jersey's P&H over an issue with my evaporative cooler. He was kind enough to fit me into a hectic schedule, fix my A/C AND teach me how to winterize my own cooler...a duty which he could have easily returned to do and make money. He was extremely kind and reasonably priced. While it was not part of my call for service, he also educated me about my furnace. I will definitely never be using another P&H person as long as I own a home. I would recommend Jim highly for all your P&H needs. He is terrific!

We have used Jim Howell, owner of Jerseys Plumbing and Heating to care for our plumbing, heating and cooling needs at our residence and a rental for many years with great satisfaction. We appreciate Jim arriving at the time scheduled or advising us of a rare delay. Jim is unique in that he always offers us options when it comes to replacement or repair and has never recommended a service for us without explaining the advantages and disadvantages. We have found Jim to be completely honest in every aspect of his dealings with us. When a faucet started to leak Jim advised us the part was under warranty, showed us how to get the replacement part at no cost and just charged a reasonable fee to install the part. We have never had to question a charge or a repair recommendation as Jim will always explain in detail what the problem was and how he would solve it. I have been using Jersey Plumbing for several years and have been very pleased with the attention and care given to the job.
