Have used Jesse in the past for many projects - some just small "handyman" type jobs that we are just not able to do (like painting, staining wood, fixing a light fixture, etc.). He also made our back deck a little larger than what it was using the composite material as we didn't want a wood deck that needed constant staining. He did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day as we have 2 dogs and didn't want them to get into anything. He's very particular about doing things correctly, which we appreciate. Our dogs also like having him around, so that's important for us. We will use him again for any future projects.

We hired Jesse to initially do a kitchen remodel for us after I saw a complete first floor/ kitchen remodel he did for my neighbor. It was my first time doing any type of remodeling work and I was very apprehensive and did not know where to start. Jesse was extremely helpful in guiding me and giving me advice. As the process started and drywall was being torn down, we ran into several construction problems and Jesse always informed me of mistakes that were made with the initial building of the house (our house was 25 years old). He solved all of the problems to work with our kitchen remodeling plans and made sure things were fixed up to code. Jesse knew that I had 2 young sons and at the end of each work day, he thoroughly made sure that everything was cleaned up and he took extra care in making our 1st floor safe to continue living in. We loved the work that Jesse did for us so much that two years later when we had to relocate, I contacted Jesse to see if he could fix a full page length of items that needed to be done before we listed our house. When our relator came to look at the house before listing, she commented on the fact that our kitchen remodel was the centerpiece of our house and what a wonderful job our contractor had done. I am happy to say that we had 8 showings on the first day it went on the market and we had 4 offers the next day (all of them above asking price).

Jesse Denning has done several projects with us over the years, ranging from a complete bathroom remodel ,basement game room remodel, installation of French drain with sump pump and building an outdoor shed. He has always done quality work, thoroughly explaining the projects, and completing them in a timely manner at a fair price. Jesse remodeled a small rental property I purchased several years ago. I had acquired the home while there were renters still under contract and by the time they moved out, the place was just a mess. I wasn't really sure where to begin until Jesse gave me affordable, creative solutions to fix some pretty major issues. For just one example, he somehow managed to give me BEAUTIFUL floors after peeling up layers upon layers of sticky pet urine soaked linoleum in my kitchen. The wood would sink under my feet when I walked it was so damaged. He sured it right up and TOTALLY got rid of the smell. It took him a bit of extra time, but he went the extra mile to make sure things were done right. Sourcing materials was a breeze and he always had a great suggestion for how to keep things affordable while doing it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I am not a big fan of doing things twice. When we finished and listed the house, we sold in 2 days!!!!!!!! I couldn't be happier with his scope of knowledge and ability to find solid solutions within my budget. Jesse is a very reliable contractor who will take out the time to explain to you what would work best for your remodeling needs. He installed my daughter's kitchen 4 years ago and it is absolutely gorgeous. That's when we met Jesse and decided to have him do some work for us. We had Jesse remodel our basement as we had house settlement and it was always cold and damp. Jesse is very knowledgeable and is up to code. He recommended a special flooring material, new walls with insulation and a french drain so our basement would never be damp and cold again. I cannot believe what a difference it made as our basement is so much warmer and comfortable. He also remodeled our laundry room which was always so cold. He knew exactly what was needed when remodeling this room. I was so satisfied and amazed with all his work.. It's everything Jesse said it would be. Now we are planning a new kitchen. He has so many good ideas and recommendations. Do not hesitate to give Jesse a call. He will satisfy all your home remodeling needs. No one does it better than Jesse.

We highly recommend Jesse Denning's Decked Out for all your remodeling needs. We initially contacted Jesse to replace our garage roof with a metal roof but ended up expanding the project to include roofing the entire back of the house as well as building a beautiful front deck.

During this construction time, we found one morning that it was suddenly raining in our kitchen! I promptly called my insurance company and then Jesse. He was able to meet the insurance adjustor, go through the process and get my 100 year old kitchen roof torn out and replaced within 1 week of the disaster. We now have a beautiful new kitchen with lots of lighting! We will never use another contractor. Jesse Denning's Decked Out has a customer for life!
