Jesse has done contract work at two residences of mine. He remodelled two bathrooms in a 30 year old townhome, and the results are excellent. He then managed the complete remodel of a 60 year old home we had purchased. The results of this are that we are living in a virtually new home with all new wiring, plumbing, sewer line, lighting, walls, trim, floor, roof, kitchen, as well as an additional new bathroom and major structural improvements. His understanding and skills at all stages was fully professional, including conceptualization, design and architecture, esthetics, regulations with utilities and the city, working with and coordinating all the different crews. We are highly pleased with our new home and enjoy living in it, and will go first to Jesse for any building contract work.
