Per Contract did not start on the day promised. After 2 weeks the only accomplishment was the tear out of the old porch and steps. No day to day schedule or time even when we would contact him. Min. Updates unless we initiated. Gave him over 1/2 down as required and yet to see any of the balance of $4,000.00. Had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Hard lesson learned. Always put a start/ finish date on contract. Always want to support small businesses but got burned bad on this. Don't know quality of his work except his flyers and Facebook.
