Contractor not organized. Took too many jobs at one time. Not knowledgeable on the permit process in the state. Job took very long. From negotiation to completion took more than three months.
Was shorthanded with workers. Only one worker was assigned.
Worker was good at some skills but clueless on others.
Was forced to monitor the jobs the entire time he was there.
No contract was produced and ignored when asked for one.
Licensed "professionals" work was shotty.
Final inspection on the electrical was not performed by contractor.
Had to take it on my hands to handle the final inspection.
Failed for a GFIC faulty connection.
Left material in front of the building and never picked it up.
Would not work with this company again.
