Family owned and operated, Jet Development has been serving the Greater Las Vegas area since 1991. With our combined experience, we pride ourselves on getting the job done right the first time — on schedule and on budget. From commercial construction, tenant improvements, residential remodels and custom homes, we believe that if given the chance, you will see we are truly the best in the industry.
The business was started by John Tucker in 1991 after he retired from the Las Vegas Building Department as the Building Official. He spent his career as a Building Official in Nevada and Arizona. In 1997 John and Jennifer began a partnership that would flourish the remainder of John’s life. In 2006 John passed away but not before passing on his extensive knowledge and wisdom of the construction industry.

We understand how important the dollar is to you and strive to build quality, affordable projects. We strongly believe in giving you the contract cost as the total cost of the project not contract plus change orders like many of our competitors. We know how important time is to you as well. I hired them to build a casita with a bathroom /laundry room. Also a sink It was a small job and it took them over 8 months to build. In 8 months they could of built a whole house. On top of that they did not install the AC so now instead of a casita I have a sauna in Vegas triple digit weather. I had asked them the whole way through and they strung me along.and at the last minute they want to charge another $2500 to install a ac. They even had me buy it now it’s just sitting there.They totally installed the sink cabinet on the wrong side and did a bootleg job to remedy it. The roof doesn’t match floor colors don’t match. In the process they also broke my awning. , damaged my RV and did not finish all the punch list items. They also left damaging my electricity for my fridge and awning. They left the place like a train wreck. What a nightmare. Please anyone reading this save yourself your money time and frustration. I literally paid 30k for a sauna. I should of made a claim in court. Still considering it.
