Homeowners insurance sent them out. Snaked away from the house, I asked if he wanted to look inside, and he said he didn't need to. Everything backed up that night, same problem. Called again they said they would need to run a camera down the line, homeowners' insurance wouldn't pay for it. We rented a snake from Home Depot, pulled the toilet and found the blockage along with a broken pipe under the house. When homeowners' insurance is going to send out Jet Plumbing ask for a different company or fix it yourself. Worst Service Ever.

Contracted through warranty company. Earliest they could come out was 11/14 the guy comes out takes a couple pictures then leaves, didn’t hear from them until 11/19 after calling and leaving voicemails nobody responded to. Jet Plumbing company never submitted the report until 11/18 AFTER I had the FHA request it online, jet lied and told me they submitted it 11-14 and were waiting to hear back from FHA or myself. After that I decided to go with the Cash out option due to prior bad reviews from this company on google, not answering the phone nor returning calls and the lying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
