For the past 2 years, we have interacted with and hired many contractors and service people as we moved and built a new home. Jett Aquatics, by far, was the easiest and most professional company to work with. They blew me away with the great amount of integrity that they showed. When I noticed that something wasn’t being done as we had planned it, they were quick to respond, confirmed I was right and it should definitely be fixed, and then immediately responded and fixed it. I always felt heard, they never made me feel like I was bothering them, they were eager to please and wanted me to be thrilled with the pool and outdoor area I had contracted them to build. Best of all, once the contract was signed, there was ZERO additional cost. Back story – Before I signed with Jett Aquatics, I had signed a contract with a different prominent pool company in this area (we'll call them "F Company"). 3 days after signing the contract with "F Company", they wanted to charge me an additional $15k! Then I looked over their contract further and they had a lot of TBD in other price sections, and once ground was broken, the contract could not be canceled. In addition, "F Company" had a much higher initial bid as well. So before they broke ground, we canceled the contract with "F Company" and signed with Jett Aquatics. We couldn’t have made a better decision. The entire process with Jett Aquatics went so amazingly smooth. In addition, they do not leave you once your pool is completed. They are there to help you transition into pool care and to fix anything that comes up or was missed. It was so refreshing to work with a company with high standards for perfection, one who gives their word and sticks to it (even if it takes money from their own pocket), and one who puts the customer’s wants and needs at the top of their list. Did our pool get built quickly? Yes! Ahead of schedule by 5 weeks! I highly recommend Jett Aquatics! Good price, excellent quality, great peace of mind.
