Our president, Julie Irvin, uses her past experience working with both small and large builders to personally manage all the details of your home construction project for superior results. As one of the most trusted custom home builders in Northeast Florida, Julie Irvin of Jewel Homes maintains an active contractor’s license. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida, Julie passed the Florida Building Contractor License Exam in 2002. From her start as an intern at the Haskell Company in 1999 to establishing Jewel Homes, Julie has consistently kept up with the latest industry trends and sought new experiences that have allowed her to provide the very best in custom home construction services.

Jewel Homes Employees
Buyer beware!!!!! The process of building with Jewel has been one problem after another. I have been very patient and nice trying to resolve the issues I have had with Julie over the past 2 years since construction was "finished". This process has not worked, I still have issues notated on the final walk through that have not been addressed or fixed. My stucco has multiple issues, my columns were falling apart and have not been fixed, I have had multiple leaks in my roof that took MONTHS to get fixed. Six months to be exact on the one leak. I currently have a leak in my roof that she was notified about January 23, 2019 and still nothing.....7+months. If this doesn't illustrate the level of service you can expect using Jewel Homes I don't know what does. We have four small children and clearly the possibility of mold is a major concern to us but seem to be nothing for her. Please don't get lured in on an initial great price for your home, you will end up paying more in the end. She tries to represent herself as a custom home builder but it's more like a haphazard operation. Terrible customer service, nonexistent communication, and an all around I don't care attitude.!
