Dan and his crew did an excellent job of making my pool wish come true ! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. FROM DIG DATE TO FILL DATE WAS 6 WEEKS, with a hurricane in between! Truly amazing. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend to anyone in Brevard county who wants a pool to give Jewells Pools a call!

I was very impressed with Jewell's pool. I wasn't sure what to expect when I was starting my pool. You hear all kinds of stories about having A large hole in the yard for weeks, or months. Danny's crew is the very best, from the start of the pool to the very end first class service. Every week there was a text or phone call saying what I could expect for the week to be accomplished from start times to dates. Every stage from the dig crew to the final coat of deck paint, was excellent service. You defiantly get what you PAY for when building a pool. 5 weeks and 1 day from start to finish. This is a follow on to my first statement concerning Mr. Jewells pool repair. First of all let me say that at the time I wrote the first review I was very disappointed in the end result as I saw it. The Skimmer was repaired but the pump was cavitating badly. No cavitation beforehand. I contacted Mr. Jewell several times and he sent team members out 2 to 3 times, making tests, etc. He mentioned that he would come out again and retest. That never happened. That is why I wrote the scathing review. I should have contacted him again and given him another chance to find the problem. I was impatient and re-excavated around the skimmer piping. I removed the various 90 degree conn's piping installed and reduced them to one 90 degree conn and that fixed the cavitation problem. Later I told Mr. Jewell what I did and the results and he mentioned if they had the chance they could have blown out the air bubble. So if I had the patience and waited for him I could have saved myself much work and not have written a nasty review about a company that has a good reputation here in the area, as a few people in the pool service/repair business told me as I told them what and why I was doing as I went back to buy more piping, conn's, glue, etc.

Working with Danny from Jewells Pools was great. He built a 12 x 20 pool for us in a tight location. Very flexible and worked with in our budget. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and workmanship

Danny and the crew did a great job and were very dependable .Pool size was only 12 x 20 and they worked in a small area. workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Would highly recommend them.

JEWELL Pool Service removed and installed a new skimmer for a fiberglass pool in a concrete deck for $1600. After the work was done I had cavitation on the suction side. There was NO cavitation before the install. Per telecoms I have replaced the pool motor, the jet size for both pool and jacuzzi, and changed out the O-rings for the valve that controls pool or jacuzzi drain, to no avail. JEWELL sent people over to do a pressure test and said everything is OK. So here is the present situation: pool suction chosen = cavitation, jacuzzi suction chosen = NO cavitation. I even acquired a Borescope to check the flex line that JEWELL said may be linked, it was fine. I tried contacting them but no answer or call back. I am trying to repair myself, cut concrete, dug down to skimmer connects. I will start cutting and repiping soon. $1600 does not get you much.

I wanted to follow up from my review dated 8/1/17. Jewel's pools did come out in April of this year and completely re-applied the gel coat on my pool. I have to say it now looks brand new again. Not sure what was done differently but the issues has been corrected. Thank you for standing behind in your quality of work ethic and fixing the issue.
