Had this company do several jobs for me. Superior job! The jobs took a little time but jobs were worth the wait! He was upfront with the fact having a small crew and it would take that extra time. Actually we are discussing another job we need to have done.

DO NOT USE HIM !!! He does not like to pull permits, tries to get away with out them, does not do what you ask correctly all the time, WILL take short cuts, you have to watch him every step of the way.... Take pictures of everything he does.. Have an inspector check everything before he closes walls or floors Does not pay workers, workers will put mechanics lean on your house.. VERY UNHAPPY HOME OWNER

Actually to bad there isn't a rating lower than one star! I have a contract with JF Abel dated Sept 2015 for work to be done. I gave him a check for $500.00, half of the amount on the contract. Other than removing my old shutters, which he was to replace and leaving a folding stairway which he was to install, right outside my front door, I have been unable to get any results. Just empty promises. Has not responded to emails, texts or phone calls and the voicemail box is full. He did another job for me which was never finished, but paid for in full! Promised to finish it while he was doing the current job. Again, nothing has been done. He has lied and cheated me out of the deposit I gave him in good faith.
