Amazing!!!! i don't know about this woman called elizabeth, ask her for the proofs,,, anyways she's seem little crazy mix with evil person. I'm a contractor and Marcos work for me more than 8 years and never had one problem with his job, and i don't do small houses, last job Marcos did for me was 8,000 sf hardwood floor install and finished, we're talking about a 2.5 million house not a 2 hundred thousand house.
Keep in mind with this woman elizabeth, im tracking JF wood flooring reviews and she's doing the same with all reviews companies, saying lies from Marcos company that in my opinion, it's personality from her part, sorry but this is crazy and evil thoughts. ...

Horrible! Whatever you do, do NOT hire this company! On the surface, everything looked pretty official. Marcos the owner came to my new home and we did a walk through to discuss the work that needed to be done and for him to provide an estimate. I walked with him throughout and discussed specifics about the job. Days later I got an estimate, accepted the price and scheduled the job. Shortly after they arrive I receive a call stating Marcos is swearing he had no knowledge of aspects of the job we spoke about in detail and the price would now be 1100 over estimate. I confronted him and refreshed his memory to which he then responded with an apology and stated he made a mistake. He then stated it was a deal as he wasn't charging labor. I not so politely told him to take his things, men, and leave. Later on that day we received a call from his wife asking to allow him to do the job at the original estimated price as it was the right thing to do and they stand behind their business. Against my better judgement I gave him another chance; BIG mistake. When I was finally able to enter my home, I discovered the worker's trash strewn all over my kitchen counter, an accumulation of fruit flies as a result of food left out by workers, and varnish stains on my bathroom floor. In addition to carpet and padding strewed all over my lawn there was additional personal waste from the workers, drinks removed from my refrigerator and the empty bottles left for me to clean, smoke detectors piled in the bathroom, closet doors removed and not replaced, heater covers removed, bent and not put back on. When I contacted Marcos to discuss these issues as well as issues with workmanship and details he said would be done during the walk through I was told I was being "too picky" and he made no money on the deal. I quickly had to remind him I did not give him a price; he gave it to me. I also didn't beg him to do the job, they asked us to allow them to make things better and it is done at the price estimated. As a matter of fact, we had even offered more money and to meet him half way on the estimated error and he refused to accept it. So to now use the price of the job as an excuse for poor workmanship and customer service is a shame and I don't want anyone else experiencing what we've experienced with our new home. We made every effort to allow them to make it right and they failed at every turn. We had at least four people looking to have their floors done, those referrals will go elsewhere. I wouldn't refer Marcos or JF Wood Floor to my worst enemy.
