    This builder is terrible. The homes look like a dream but underneath they are crap. He used quailty materials so you are fooled. he purchases the random plots in exisitng communites and builds homes that should not be there. My house has major drainage issues in the yard surrounding my entire house. He never got permits for any of the fences he put up.
