We had JFC Homes work on the demolition of our existing kitchen and preparation of the space for our new kitchen cabinetry. They did a wonderful job and made sure everything was 100% ready for the new kitchen install which also included all electrical and plumbing work involved. We were so happy with the quality & speed of work that we also had them do our LVP floors throughout our downstairs space. This included having to level our floors and install new trim, remove & install new toilets. They also painted our interior & the attention to detail was amazing. Johnny, the owner, was very easy to work with. He comes everyday to check in on the work making sure everything is communicated throughout the entire process. He also has great design ideas and has been willing to work with us with whatever needs we have in addition to making sure he got us great prices on materials. They really have gone above and beyond for us & we have felt truly taken care of. I would definitely use them for ANY future home projects!

Owner Johnny is an unreliable untrustworthy contractor. At the time of signing the contract he made huge promises. He takes the contract by quoting a very low amount and puts very few details about the work in the contract. Once you have paid to start the work, he charges hefty amounts even for small things which are obviously understood as included in the work agreed, but since not mentioned in writing, you have to pay extra. He purposely gives you wrong information about the need for inspections, because most of the work he does is not as per code and he cuts corners in every possible way he can. He brought molded studs to put in and put the gap between 2 studs much more than the building code allows. Very cheap and crappy work. I had a small laundry remodel project with him. Everyday I had to call him if he or his labor are going to be there. They did not take the garbage despite our agreement.They never cleaned after they were done. I did all the clean up after them since I had already paid. They arrived randomly, without any notice. He sends his skilled person to other bigger projects, while the most unskilled people worked at my house who did not even know how to nail studs. The skilled people arrived only once after a whole day of work, all tired to work from 6 pm to 9 pm at my house. The wall they built for me was not even straight. After taking 2nd installment of payment, they never showed up or responded till I consequently canceled his contract and made a stop payment on the 2nd installment. While working on the existing walls, his unskilled labor damaged the other side of those walls. He put a non-code compliant aluminum foil instead of a solid aluminum pipe when doing the dryer vent extension and even dared to tell me that no one will ever know about it. This remark of him drew me into suspicion and I called an inspector to inspect on his work. After the inspection I was so taken aback that I did not have the courage and trust to let him work in my house anymore and I canceled his contract. I am going to file a complaint against him for all the code non-compliant work he did in my house.
