We hired Joseph to draw up plans for a bathroom addition, a deck, and a handicap ramp to our property. He stated where we wanted the bath would not work and proceeded to draw up plans where he said it would work. Our plumber told us where Joseph wished to put it would not work. We found out where we wanted it would work just fine. Our agreed upon price for the entire project was to be two thousand dollars. He invoiced us for 5723.83 and stated that he still needed to do a lot more work on it. We fired him. Paid him $2400, but he still wanted the full amount of his invoices WHEN WE GOT NOTHING FROM HIM. Do not use him.
