First appointment was rescheduled they forgot they were closed for the holiday

Second appointment was told they knocked I wasn’t there me and the dog were up and waiting both of us never heard the knock.

Third appointment asked to have a call from the service man on his way over to let me know he was coming. No call but did show up. Said he drained the system and I’m good Togo. I’m guessing he didn’t test it Cuz I wasn’t good Togo.

Fourth appointment stressed to the appointment maker that I must receive a phone call letting them know they were coming as I was given a 4-5 hour window when they would be coming I was assured that I would get this call. I had to run out for 20 minutes that morning and of course he showed up then again with no call. Ask pointman Setter who was trying to set up a fifth appointment why I did not receive a call was told I’m not sure why it was clearly marked down.

Fifth appointment (Never Schedule) I just watched a five minute YouTube video and fixed it myself.

Overall poor service and not clear communication between office and service. I would definitely recommend seeking another company for any kind of work.

I found Jg Services thru my home warranty company. I had an issue with my electrical service. I had just bought the house 6 months ago and my lights were flickering on and off randomly.. Chris from Jg Services came over the same day since I had told the office that I had an elderly parent in the house and it was sort of an emergency. The office staff was super nice and accommodating and we communicated via text which was wonderful. Turned out my bus bar, I have no idea what that is, was broken causing the intermittent electrical flickering. Because the situation was an emergency, the lights would flicker and sometimes we would lose our A/C, Chris, with approval from his office, came back that night and temporarily got my power stabilized. They came back the very next day and did a permanent fix on my electrical panel. I thank JG Services from the bottom of my heart for helping me in this situation. Would recommend highly... A+++

I have a home warranty thru American Home Shield (AHS). My central air conditioner stop blowing cool air, AHS placed me in contact with JG Services in Bensalem, PA. JG Services tech came to my home the following week. The technician identified the compressor as the problem,and it would take a week to get the part. A week later I called JG, was told the compressor was in, and they could be at my house the following Tuesday. The technician arrived at 4pm on Tuesday, replaced the part, the air conditioner still doesn't work. Now, my air conditioner need refrigerant (i.e. feron), which is not covered under my AHS warranty. It will cost me $100. per pound, my air conditioner requires 6 pounds, so it will cost me $600. In addition, it will take another week to get the technician out to my house to identify the cause of the leak and replace the refrigerant. This is my first time reading the negative customers' reviews on JG Services Contractors, I wish read the reviews earlier, before dealing with JG. I also notified AHS about my negative experience. I usually don't write reviews regarding service, but I read them. Moving forward I will write a review, even if its a short review.

My central air conditioning has not been working since May 23, 2016. So for 6+weeks I have had at least seven visits from technicians from JG and the problem is though not resolved. On 6/24 they said it was fixed and required me to pay $800. The central air is still not working. I have tried to contact them numerous times and I have not received any contact back. Poor Communication, customer service and response time. I do not recommend this company any services. The air-conditioning is under our home warranty and that is the only reason I am stuck with this company.
