Our experience with JGL/Javier started out fine but ended very disappointing. His contract stated 15 business days, but it took well over 30+ days after many phone calls by me to get the job finished...and I had already paid him in full. During the kitchen remodel, his team damaged our dishwasher. After paying for a new one, he installed it. But a few wks later it became dislodged. I called Javier to tell him of this error, and he agreed to come by. But he didn't show...and didn't show the next 2 days either, without any apologies. There was a wrong that needed to be made right. Javier obviously missed the ethics class when applying for his license. And what a way to teach his 2 employed sons about how to run a business, ignoring patron satisfaction...a sad lesson.
