I wish I could have gotten to the guy in the other review before he hired Jeremy Howard of North Liberty, IA. He started our project in July and in August asked for final payment as we were leaving for the weekend with the promise to finish the job. He never did. Boards were not put up straight on the front of the house, some of the trim is falling off and he never finished painting the trim. Do not hire him! He will give you the run around and eventually stop communicating all together. He supposedly got so busy that he joined forces with his friend Dustin. Beware - this project hasn't been completed in over 4 months. I would also give him zero stars if I could.

This company was awful. The job wasn't finished. The job that did get done was so bad that we had to have another contractor come in and take it done and redone right. They left damages, an unfinished job, and it was incorrectly done, to begin with. He yelled and cussed at us for pointing out what still needed finishing and what was done wrong. I would give him 0 stars if I could.

I just wanted to add to my original post that I reported him to the Department of Labor and he already has a citation pending against him and now a second citation since I reported him to the Department of Labor too. So anyone that hires him and sees this review....report him to the Department of Labor. He isn't suppose to be doing any work like this since the 1st citation and he has continued to do so. He now has re-opened the business again so he is back at it. Be warned!
