I had a problem with the plumbing in a house I recently bought. In the master bath the cold water was mixing with the hot and thus never providing "hot" water. I got quotes from 2 other plumbers which both included breaking through walls and quoting in excess of thousands of dollars, depending how many walls would have to be broken to find the connection where it was plumed wrong.
Jim told me also that it would be necessary to break through walls. I decided to contract with Jim since I had personal testimonials. Jim spent a full day. Two holes with no results. He returned the next day and told me how my problem had consumed him throughout the night..
He came back with a purpose and indeed resolved the problem. When he handed me the bill I was expecting it to be well over a $1,000. In fact it was well under that amount.
Since then he has remodeled a bathroom and done other plumbing related work. He is honest and fair as the day is long and his work is impeccable!
