We hired Jim to do a major remodel of our master bathroom. Every step of the way, he impressed with both great ideas, expert advice on economic trade-offs, suggestions and outstanding workmanship. He and his crew were very respectful of our living space, took great care to protect the house and not track or leave dust and debris, left the area tidy and clean every evening, which we appreciated. They were also quite dog friendly, which was a big plus for us.
The finished product was flawless. We've been living in it for weeks now and have yet to find something that we wished was done differently - quite surprising to me.
