    Very bad experience. Never finish project on time and over budget.

    This project was a nightmare from the beginning. Homeowner did not want to put out any money for us to start job. The cost of this project Was Not the amount stated above, it was much less and Homeowner fined us $200/week for taking too long, and will retract the money that was paid to us because he pays by credit card. As far as being over budget, we weren't even close to our budget. We are not the only company that has had problems with J.B and M.H. In all the years that I have been in business, I have NEVER met anyone like M.H. and will never deal with the like again. This was a poor choice on my part as well.

    Jim refused to complete the project as contracted. He walked off the job part way through and refused to even pay his workers. His reason - He had to spend the money I gave him to get out of 5 DUI's arrests.
