Jim built an addition onto our kitchen in the summer of 2013. He is awesome. A perfectionist in his work, honest. dependable and fairly priced. I wouldn't want anyone else working in/on my home.

Unprofessional & very poor quality of work. He will not return phone calls. Nailed roofing drip edge down by nailing through top of shingles. Put siding up w/no vapor/water barrier under it [made him redo it] Nailed vinyl siding solid to boards {supposed to be little loose}. Lg gaps in caulking around chimney. Only 1/2" cut out for ridge vent. May need to have all new roof & siding done. Be sure to ck licensing & insurance before hiring!! Greg N. Hagerstown
