A good honest workman who does the right job for the right price. Knows what he's doing in and out and has a real fair sense of doing his work to help people instead of just making money. Back about 4 years ago Jim re-placed all the pipes in our house and the water heater, his quote was on the low end of our estimates, he was very clear and detailed the different ways we could save money and some of the ways we wouldn't want to cut any corners to save money. We were very satisfied with the final job he did. Everything about his work was up-front, honest, and on-time. Even repaired a large 2ft by 2ft hole in the wall in the living room that one of my drunk friends had made years ago for an extra $40, when he was done I couldn't even tell where the hole was. I'm writing this review now because years later I called him up when the water-heater that he installed seemed like it was broken. He came by for no charge, identified the problem with a broken wire, we hooked it back up and now the water heaters working fine again. Didn't accept any money for the visit (he was just in the area so he said it wasn't a problem for him). I thought the least I could do then was write a good review somewhere for him so other people will realize what a great workman he is.
