1. Always on time
2. Did not clean up very well and I had to layout towels because they were coming in and out during the rain. When I suggested to his helper not to make such a mess and layout some towels he threatened to leave. But ended up going home and getting some more towels because all of mine where too dirty and gone.
3. Very sensitive.
4. Did good work but took too long. Good price.
5. Installed kitchen faucet, tore down tub glass doors and removed old wall air conditioner from backyard to dump, all that for free.
6. I Have to redo some caulking in the bathroom and I called him to come back because of a flaw in his work and he contacted me the next day and said he'll be over the next day. I had to cancel because of medical issues and will contact him as soon as possible.

This is David M the only one that wrote a review so this is my second review after the job finished. I had to bring him back several times because of faulty and irresponsible work & didn't care about the mess he makes. He leaves the place filthy & I have to clean up everytime. Walked all over landscape. I found out he laid vinyl instead of linoleum & punched wholes in it laying the baseboard. It bubbled up all over so he reimbursed me $300. Not enough. There was air in my hot water line that explodes when I turn the hot water on but he wouldn't come back to fix it. He bought a brand new small tank toilet cuz he said he cracked the old big tank one but he didn't tell me or ask me what kind I wanted, he just installed it. The new one gets clogged all the time, the old one had a big tank that I think he stole from me. Big tanks are better so I think he took it for himself because you can't find big tanks anymore. And he's not licensed to contract anymore.
