We had only the best from Jim Stroud. He had just begun building and we wanted a garage added on to our home. He designed and built the addition and you can't tell it wasn't part of the original construction. That was more than ten years ago but I have observed his work since then and he is a gifted builder. I never had any problem with Jim keeping his word. Yes, he was tough on his employees but it was because he expected them to do their best. If we decide to build in the future, we will be talking with Jim Stroud.

This guy is a slick businessman who knows how to make a buck, but you can't believe anything he tells you. If you have any dealings with him, insist on getting everything in writing and dated. If he puts you off, walk away.
