    I had a leak in utility room by my water heater and on recommendation of a relative cld Jim the Plumber. His son Seth and one other young man came out the same day 3/9/2021.It ended up being a broken hot water heater and they replaced it the same afternoon in a short amount of time and took time to reassure me if I had any problems to call and they would come back. Trustworthy and efficient all the way

    Investigate gas leak

    Jim came to my home to investigate a gas leak. His response time was prompt. He and his son did a great job and resolved the issues. Highly recommend!!!

    Change the hot water heater
    $1,500

    Jim the plumber and sons are the best plumbers in town if you ask me. I had a flood in my garage and I made a phone call to Jim at 11 p.m. on the day before New year's Eve. He and his sons came and replaced my hot water tank the very next morning at 9 a.m. and what a good job they did Ethan his older son and Steven we're the ones that installed the water heater. Jim oversaw their work and was pleased and this is now 2 days later the hot water tank is working and I am very glad for their expertise. So thank you guys for being there so quickly and giving me such a fair price. Israel Salamon, satisfied customer and repeat customer when needed.

    Just one final note, 11 months ago Jim came and changed the pilot light element from my hot water tank. He warned me that this will be a temporary fix being that the hot water tank is 12 years old. He replaced the element as I asked him to, but, in retrospect I should have listened to him because in the long run it ended up being $450 plus another $1,500 because the water tank burst as he warned me that it would.

    Replace water heater

    Found his information on my neighborhood website and gave him a shot. I am so glad I did! I got a good vibe from him when he came out to check out my water heater. He bent over backward to help me out! His son installed it and did a great job. I will use him again!

    I would never recommend Jim The Plumber ! He up charges jobs without letting the customer know. He left our customer without water for an entire weekend because they forgot to turn the water on at the street ! Then lied about it !
