Very Poor Service They install our shutter and they didnt do complete JOB by his installer instead he told us that we need to pay him another 100 dollars to install the shutters. but if you gonna take a look on the job it look like it was installed by a kid!!Cost me another 500 dollars to fixed the Poor Job! Dont trust this company.

This company and JIM VASSAR him self are a rip off. The worse installation I have ever encountered. No to mention all the lies and round around. They installed shutters that we're not even the same color in paint, The color was white, How do you mess up WHITE COLOR! I ordered 7 shutters and only 4 were installed. Workers stated they only had an order for 4, When the contract states 7 shutters. The workers them selfs where stating that this company is really bad and was loosing a lot of business due to their lack of workmanship. I have try to reason with Jim Vassar directly but Is not willing to repair nor remove his UGLY SHUTTERS from my home. I looked up Jim Vassar and his License, not surprised, His license is INVALID and is on the RIPOFF list. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NOR JIM VASSAR!!! I just filed a case against him and his employees for 9 different suits on all matters pertaining to all the wrong doing and false information against me my family and my home.
