    Building remodel/refresh

    Luis has done a wonderful job everytime they do work for us. Their prices are very affordable and provide excellent service.His employees are always on time, very polite and do great work. I notice how hard they to meet their deadline and always make us happy with the finish job. I have recommended his work in other areas and never let us down!

    As far as design-build firms go, Jimeneda Builders is top-notch. We looked at many local contractors and no one came close to their thoroughness in designing what we needed. Luis and his crew were easy to work with during the design phase to ensure we could achieve our goals. After design, Luis walked us through every aspect of the construction agreement to ensure we fully understood each line and that there were no surprises. During construction our his crew were great. They took every precaution necessary to keep everyone safe during the global pandemic. Mic explained to us in detail when they found issues and helped navigate us through the "surprises" will full disclosure on all our options. We never felt like we were forced into spending extra money because of a surprise. They are true craftsmen, the money is in the details and they delivered

    I am super pleased with the work done in my house. I had a couple of things done. My kitchen was remodel, my backyard with paver stones and a storage. Luis was honest and brought to my attention what would work and what would not. The price was reasonable and all was done by Luis and not multiple people to deal with. Could not be happier with everything done!

    Watch out, hidden agenda price escalator!! Change order with a huge markup is their expertise. Get everything in paper don’t trust Luis and his crew! Plus not the best quality

    Hi Ken, We are sorry that you feel that disappointed, although we are not sure who is behind the computer typing a review without giving specific details as of what whas completed or where. We mainly work from referrals from people that we have done work for and they have often became recurrent clients. We would never charge other amount than what the client agrees or for additional work that would have been requested. I am sure you are not one of those people who don't value other people's work and that after requesting more they expect not to pay.
