James Halma owner of Jimmy Concrete is a very shady business man and I would never recommend him to anyone. First of all his license expired 12/2012 and has no insurance. Secondly his workmanship is terrible and he will not fix it the right way. Also this man does not expedite his job and takes forever to finish the job. Trying to contact him is impossible and you have to hound him. Please learn from my mistake and never hire this man-he his horrible and does terrible work. Trust me and if you are planning to hire him and don't believe me then check his licence status with the state of NJ licence look-up.

Heard from friends that Jimmy was this guy who could do great things although he was chronically late on everything. We had him come over for a patio/landscaping project in October and gave him a $2500 deposit for fill dirt. 6 months later it never came but the excuses were a plenty. In an attempt to get our money back, he told our local police officer that he's been through the small claims process before and knew all about it! Won a judgement against him for taking our $2500 deposit and doing nothing. Shady Jimmy Halma. Beware!
