Justs out to rip people off honor any thing poor job .do very poor job roof opening up and leaks and it is a new roof. I would not let him as a contractor he a big joke. .Jimmy Franceschini LLC is a joke I will tell every one I can he is a joke and not to be trust no one such do business with him or his company as a contractor.he just not right .my mom dream home .just got it now has to fix roof .he need to make good on it .and he will not call you back .he just lie to people tell you any thing to get you off the phone.and then he will stop picking up the phone

Doesn't honor his warranty - 8 months noted small hole and leaks, likely due to the fact that his workers were too lazy to have the power shut off to do the proper work. Asked him to honor warranty and make repairs, refused.

Bought house 2012 supposedly repaired and replaced roof and have invoice showing "30 yr warranty on materials and 10 yr warranty on workmanship" written by owner Jerry. I started calling 3 yrs ago because of consistent leaking coming down through walls and under baseboards causing rotting and damage. He said he would come look. After three times no showing he stopped answering my calls. Roofers are working on replacing my roof today. They are tearing off old and have found there are 3 and 4 layers - they had done roof over and FALSIFIED invoice to show reroof. The repair and replace was required to sell me the house. Today their poor quality is coming to light as there are multiple holes and entire roof is totally rotted. Additionally there are spaces between sheets of wood and the nail spacing is crazy and in some places nonexistent. The nails are not even the right kind. My roofers today are in total disbelief and having to be super cautious not to fall through as they step and continue to discover more and more holes and rotting. I saw a lawyer that said I had every reason to sue and would be happy to take the case but explained if builder has insurance they will just stretch it out until I am out of money. How is that ok???? I'll be out of money soon enough with all the roof money spent plus whatever further damage costs from the leaking has caused inside. This guy needs to be put in jail!!!!!!!
