You can't go wrong with Len. I found him in a local magazine. I had he and two other contractors bid a project. He was 7k less than the highest and 2.5k less than the other. His relationships with his vendors is how he keeps his (my) costs low. He did a phenomenal job. We have since purchased a foreclosure and he has done all the work in it. If there is anything that needs to be done, he can do it or has someone who can, from installing a light fixture to installing a swimming pool.
His best quality is his honestly. You can tell him what you are looking at doing and then, with his experience, will tell you whether you would like or not or just give you some other things to think about. Not to make more money....but in most cases the cost is the same or less.
