The work Jimmy and Mariana Langford did for us was dangerously not compliant with code. We hired them to repair and update the electrical system on our property. After giving them multiple opportunities to try to fix their mistakes, we eventually fired them for failing to complete the job effectively and in alignment with their timeline. Afterward, we had multiple other electricians inspect their work. All of them said we needed to completely rewire the property and redo everything the Langfords did. We refused to pay GQS for the poor work, so they filed multiple lawsuits against us to try to bully us into giving them money. They fraudulently promoted themselves as licensed and insured. However, Mariana didn't file for a business license until after we fired them. She filed for the license the day before she filed the lawsuits against us. In the end, we didn’t have to pay them, but we spent thousands of dollars and months of our lives defending ourselves from these people.
