I had Jim install carpet on my upstairs landing and steps. He installed carpeting but also knicked my just painted trim. Cuts from razor knife on all trim. I should have went to another company after that. But a good friend of mine who recommended him says wait to you see his tile. Ok he can do my bath. He was the worse I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in construction for forty plus years. Every day he was in a hurry. The tile was uneven. Space between tiles uneven. Grout was the worse. So rough you can cut your fingers on it when the grout was washed it wasn’t. A film of cement was left on tile. I had to use a razor to scrape it off
