The guy who runs this company is EXTREMELY RUDE and SHADY. He is very short with you when talking and shows zero kindness or respect. Only wants to do things over text and have you send pictures instead of actually coming to see the job. After we finally had him come see the job we specifically asked for TWO SEPARATE invoices. Because a previous contractor messed up our floors (we're trying to repair them) and Verizon caused damage to a different floor. We needed one for us for the repair and the other to submit with our claim to Verizon. He came gave the estimates and wrote it all on one quote. I sent him a text asking for them to be separated. He agreed and never responded. I followed up - same thing. I waited until after the new year to follow up and he gave me some lame excuse over text about not wanting to take our job because he didn't want to get involved with the other contractor. (I don't know where he got that from no one asked him to get involved with anyone - we simply explained to him what happened and why we wanted the floors repaired). Then my husband called him and lied straight to him saying oh its not that it's I'm too busy I'm turning away jobs for the next two months. I said but we asked for spring a few months from now. He then Hung up in my husbands face. He called him back saying I don't understand the problem we're just trying to understand. Hung up on him again and blocked calls. I don't understand the mentality. What did we do to you? We were respectful and honest and you treated us like trash! Is this because we're a not the type of customer you prefer in terms of background?
