Jim, unfortunately, is not a reliable or professional person. I would not recommend working with him. We have several pools in the Marigny and had a few small issues with each. We also have 3 new pools we need built. At first, Jim seemed great, but we quickly realized he was unreliable and downright rude to our other employees. We hired him to replace a spa light at one of our locations, which took weeks to get him to actually complete. When he did do it, he used the wrong type of light that was incompatible with the pool light, and then proceeded to blame us for the mix up. Although we are on the other side of the country, he says we told him to buy the wrong light, despite the fact that we have never even seen the lights that are there in the first place. Upon leaving our project, he left our spa empty and left the pool drain open, so that when the spa was turned back on, the water was drained from the pool. Then when he went back to change the light to the correct one, he did the same thing again. Left the spa empty and dry, left the pump off, didn't refill anything, and left the pool drain open. When asked to finish his job and return the pool to the condition he found it when starting work, he was extremely aggressive and rude to our property manager. Needless to say, we are done with Jim and won't be hiring him to build our other pools- which he didn't seem to be interested in doing anyway. Full of excuses...
