Absolutely the WORST BUILDER in our area. If you are even thinking about building or buying one of the SPEC homes - RUN, RUN, RUN as fast as you can. They do a great job of selling and of course, their model homes are near "perfect." The story ends there. Save your precious dollars.

Worst builder of all time. Our home was "finished" 6 months behind schedule due to incompetence and laziness, and bouncing between a new GC like every month. Additionally, we have been moved in for 6 months and still have a MAJOR LONG list of outstanding items.
Today, for example, I was supposed to be home all day for painters, mason workers, etc to come and finish up the remaining items. It was confirmed by Moses yesterday. Well, today, as I plan my entire day to be home waiting upon these workers, given NO timeframe, they don't even come!!!! I don't get a courtesy call or heads up from Moses or anyone that they aren't coming, not to mention any communication regarding when they were supposed to come. Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service and lack of professionalism. Never had I dealt with a company or people who fail to communicate to you and respond to your wave of texts/calls/emails inquiring about the remaining punch list items. Beyond frustrated this evening and I have had it with Crescent Homes!
Not to mention the VP, Vaughn, still owes us $200 for kicking us (dog, toddler, parents) out of our house so our hardwood floors could get REDONE FOR THE THIRD TIME. He only paid us the $500 for hotel expenses when our total expenses were $700 - who does that?!!
Do yourself favor and spare yourself from interacting with them. --
PUNCH LIST ITEMS REMAINING 6 MONTHS AFTER CLOSING AND STILL NOT FIXED AFTER MANY MISSED AND FAILED PROMISES:
-Carters playroom door is warped and needs replacement
-Porch screen door has large gap
-Kitchen cabinet with oven wire needs repair/replacement to vinyl backing
-Excess poly visible in master closet floors
-Sprinkler heads not working or needs adjustment
-Rubber gasket on master shower door to fill gap in between doors
-Garage floor near garage door is chipped, too high, and needs pressure washing from mud stains due to drainage penetration
-Paint on porch screen
-Crawlspace vents added
-Pantry walls touch up
-Clay stains on white brick still
-Master sink stopper doesnt work
-Door stopper near laundry room broke off
-Ceiling touch ups needed and nail pops
-Paint on other side of window in guest room needs removal
-Quarter round not painted in carters bathroom
-Splash guards for gutters
-FLOODING IN GARAGE DURING RAIN
-CL100
-Broken brick repair
-Replacement of metal roof
-Purple dots in Master shower
-Large puncture/hole in attic
-Garage floor has old mud stains and need pressure washing
