    Complete home renovation
    $150,000

Jerry Scott with JJ Scott Construction led me through what was a renovation nightmare with reliability, customer loyalty, and excellent critical thinking skills.
With each new crisis that we would discover, he would develop a plan and follow it through to completion. I now have a great home, and I still depend on Jerry for all my subsequent projects.

    Renovate a 1952 home

Jerry was very highly recommended to me by my real estate agent to renovate my 1952 home; it was the best recommendation that I could have requested. The home proved to be a renovation nightmare, and Jerry met each structural crisis with determination and reliability. He went above and beyond to seek solutions for the multiple, wide ranging flaws from past repairs that we discovered as we removed dry wall and ceilings. We were forced to go well beyond the scope of work we initially investigated, and he never let me down. I am very grateful for his commitment.

    Installing new flooring and trim
    $6,000

We hired him to pull out our old carpeting and put in new flooring. We also had him replace the old trim. His bid was reasonable, he did timely work, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He respected our home and was very courteous. The end result was beautiful and we are planning to hire him for our bathroom remodel next year. We would definitely recommend JJ Scott Construction.

Hired him to build a deck with a ramp for the front of our house. He had it done in 2 days and was very reasonable in price. Great work and we would hire him again.

    Deck and Cabinets
    $10,000

A friend referred me to him and I am so happy they did! He did a great job ion her deck so I hired him for my home. He was courteous, on time, did a beautiful job and always cleaned up his mess each day. I will hire him again for my future projects.

    Finish Work
    $2,800

This guy should not have any type of license to do construction work. We hired him to do what he said was 5 days of work and a month and a half later, was still not finished. We also questioned him about timeline and quality of work and he offered to “walk away” without the rest of payment. We ended up having to do the work ourselves while waiting for a front door that he “ordered”. Never received the front door that we paid for. I wouldn’t hire this guy to change a light bulb.
