Pros: Value = On time, on budget, solid craftsmanship
Cons: Minor language challenges. Workers smoked even when I asked them not to. I was not as picky about the tile work as I should have been however noone but me (and my brother-in-law who was so kind to point it out) noticed anything less than perfection. Lastly, they are not visionaries/creatives so you need to make sure that what you want done has a solid plan for them to follow. They follow directions wonderfully and charged nominally for any change orders.
