Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this man. He started the job, he was paid in full, he hit on me and then came up with a million excuses as to why he couldn't finish the job. He became hostile when I contacted an attorney stating he wasn't going to finish the job due to a hostile work environment. He's the one that made it hostile, by extorting money and being unprofessional. He also has a criminal record, currently on probation and has 3 negative reviews on the BBB site. Check into this before you do any work with this man.

We hired John Galster of JJG Masonry in 2013 and learned the hard way that he's a class A conman. He'll take and take and take your money, do a little work (sub-par at best), make excuse after excuse as to why he can't finish the job and then blame you, the weather, his upbringing, etc. We also had several things stolen while John was "on the job." We can't prove who took them, but miraculously, after we fired him, the thefts stopped. Oh - and he also stole gift cards from a church and served time for that. (http://lacrossetribune.com/houstonconews/news/local/crime-and-courts/la-crescent-man-burglarizes-local-church/article_1b5f612e-e38d-5c60-a63e-6008265ed55d.html.) If there was a way I could give negative stars, I would. This guy's just looking for the next victim. Don't be it.
