    unreliable and dishonest

    I saw that this contractor had a high rating in the buildzoom database. Therefore, I decided to trust that review and setup a meeting for this contractor to come look at my place. I set the appointment 5 days ahead to give plenty of time to coordinate the schedule. Come the morning of the appointment, its 10am when we are supposed to meet, and he doesn't show up. I call him 4 times and he not only doesn't pick up but rejected my phone calls. I sent him a couple text messages, and finally he responded 40 minutes later saying that he can't make it cause he is in another town waiting on a inspection. I found this to be very unprofessional. I went out of my way to schedule a meeting ahead of time and this guy hector doesn't even have the decency or the consideration to respond to my calls ot text messages. I can't give him the benefit of the doubt cause i scheduled the meeting a week ahead to give him plenty of time to make sure his schedule was clear for that time. Worst case scenario he should have contacted me to let me know, ahead of time, or at the very least pick up my phone call instead of hiding like a coward. I can't imagine the quality of his work if he does this even before i hired him. If there was zero stars, i would def give him 0.
