My experience working with JJJ construction was great Juan gave me a fair price Always on time and did excellent work Remove skylights and fixed sheet rock Painted ceilings added recess lighting Put tear drop back splash in kitchen it really made the kitchen stand out very nice prep fireplace Steel brushed and painted black inside took off old front cover to get ready for electric fireplace.Removed cedar siding and replaced with new vinyl siding put 1/2 “ insulation behind siding replaced all metal wrap and vents All outside lights Put new cedar siding on outside screen building Crab shack put screen strips to hold in place replaced screen door Put two by fours to strengthen the walls and ceiling Took up all dock boards and replaced with marine grade boards. Also put fire proof sheet rock in a over large garage and recess lighting prepared walls and painted ceilings and walls Sealed garage floors and put epoxy paint coated added flakes and shining top coat Just a beautiful job I felted that Juan and his team always did their work the best you never had to ask them to look at something because it was done right and always would ask how you felt about the project Just an outstanding beautiful job very kind and professional A team you can count on
