The company is unprofessional and dishonest.
• There is only one point of contact so it was difficult to reach him for warranty and contractural fulfillment requests when he allegedly left the country for a month or so. Although I had physical seen him during the time he told me he was out of the country.
• The roof began leaking by the end of the year, the house was built in 21 and was leaking by the end of 22. My neighbors whose homes his company built had the same issue
•. His electrician put a range outlet in the utility room for my dryer hook up, thank goodness I couldn’t get it plugged in because it probably would have caused a fire
• The ice maker was installed improperly in the refrigerator and had to be replaced within a month of buying the home
• The tile in the master bathroom began lifting and cracking within the first six months
• I had to call him repeatedly for five months to see when the overflow caps were going to be installed in my bathrooms
While all of those were or are repaired now, I’m still waiting for the repair that was agreed would be done when the weather got warmer and that was water seeping into my garage from the ground. He said he completed the work but the problem remains. The last two times I spoke with him he said he would ask a friend for additional help with the issue plus he claimed to have pictures and videos of the work done to fix it but never produced them when I asked for them.
The price might be nice but the quality is trash.
