Jeremy is the owner. I paid him 7 grand down towards a pole barn. He kept lying and pushing back the start date. This went on for 2 months before I got fed up and told him to get lost. Took me 8 months and I had to hire an attorney and threaten a lawsuit to get most of my money back. He didn't even have the money. He blew it. Since then I've seen 2 other jobs that he did without permits and both are botched. Jeremy and his partner Ben are hacks. Avoid at all costs
Response from Jk Builders August 27, 2019This is a crap review that didn't go the way its portrayed. Delays, inclimate weather were to blame. We cleared site, bored holes and dropped posts and purlins onsite. Framer was pushing us back so client got angry and fired us. He got his money back less what we had into it and then became a threatening crazy person so we got lawyers involved. He even snapped pics, trespassing, sitting in my driveway and taking pics of my personal property threatening to take stuff. Good riddence and hire my company with confidence. I have hundreds of great references and satisfied clients.
