If you had JK Comtracting install a 30 yr shingle roof, would it leak after 16 yrs? JK has not returned my calls. The first leak appeared after the roof was installed, called, John said to get someone,he would reimburse me. He did. Second leak (last month)I called another roofer, told me the shingles were not put on right, he did an adhesive repair that he thought would work, no cost to us except an estimate for $7800 for a new roof.We are retired, on a limited income, so that's my story. I'm hoping we win the lottery tonight! Lois Schlademan
